Guide
Go to our website https://ca.easyofficesoftware.com and download EasyOFFICE software setup from HELP option
Run “EasyOfficeDemoSetup.exe” file
1. Read all instructions and accept the terms of the agreement Do Next
2. Change the drive and name of the folder for
installation, such as
D:\EASYOFFICE or the drive where you want
to
install the software. Do Change & Next
3. Install setup and finish. Do Install & finish
The
date
format must be DD/MM/YYYY and MM/DD/YYYY for proper functioning
Download
Livecare for further online support.
(user can download it from our website or
from
the software)
1. For software activation click on “ACTIVATE SOFTWARE” button
2. Enter a CLIENT ID received on mail after a successful order is placed on our website https://ca.easyofficesoftware.com
3. Do verify the CLIENT
ID.
If
Client ID is verified successfully then proceed further otherwise restart EASYOFFICE
software and enter the
correct
client ID received in mail.
Contact our customer support team if you are getting any error in process.
4. After successful client ID
verification, Enter the Product Activation key and OTP
(OTP mail may
take time up to 1 Minute), which are received on mail and Submit.
If getting any errors while
submitting restart EASYOFFICE
software and enter Valid data.
5. Software will be successfully Activated and you can use all the software features and start preparing Returns.

LAN can be Purchased along with products or individually later on as required.
1. To Activate the Purchased LAN Click on -> LAN Activation Login Screen
2. Enter a LAN activation key and OTP received on mail after Successful Purchase of LAN from our website https://ca.easyofficesoftware.com Do submit.
3.
LAN connection has been activated successfully.

activation.
4. Now you can Register the LAN PC from LAN Setup option in Software
If the User wants to upgrade from the Begineer Package to any other Package, Upgrade Process has
to be followed.
Only the Begineer Package can be Upgraded to PRO / PRO PLUS / Business Package
1. To Upgrade Package Click on - > Buy Upgrade
2. The link will be redirected to Browser and verify your client id and proceed
3. Select a package you want to upgrade to from Beginner
4. You can Purchase LAN’s along with the Upgrade order. The number of LAN counts to be added and the cost will be added in order according to the package.
5. Re-Confirm your Package details and Payable Amount. Read all terms and conditions Click on the “Continue” button
6. Order Summary will be generated. Check the order summary and proceed with Payment.
After Successful Payment, attach the Screenshot or Receipt of Payment with the order.
7. After Successful Payment Approval, the Product upgrade key will be shared via email which has to be entered in the software.
